בחודש מאי 2009 ביצעו עובדי איתוראן מתחום הביטוח בשיתוף לשכת סוכני הביטוח בצפון, שני פרויקטים למען הקהילה.

האחד שיפוץ מועדונית "עין זהב" בקרית שמונה,המשמשת אכסניה לילדים לאחר שעות הלימודים.
והשני הקמת חדר מוסיקה ואולפן הקלטות בבית ספר "ברנקו-וייס" בקרית שמונה .סה"כ השתתפו בפרויקטים כ-50 איש.
