בחודש אפריל 2008 ביצעו עובדי איתוראן שיפוץ יסודי במועדון קשישים בקרית שמונה

בנוסף לשיפוץ הכללי, רכשה חברת איתוראן ציוד חדש למועדון. המועדון פתוח כל יום, ומספק מקום מפגש ותעסוקה לכ-25 קשישים. הקשישים מקבלים גם ארוחה חמה.
