מדיניות מתריע בשער ( Whistle Blower)
איתוראן איתור ושליטה בע"מ, בקשר לעצמה ולחברות הבנות שלה המוחזקות במישרין ובעקיפין (כולם יחד יכונו להלן: "החברה"), אימצה מדיניות זו, על מנת לעודד עובדים לדווח לרשויות המדינה או לרשויות הפדרליות המתאימות או לאנשי החברה המתאימים, ללא חשש מפגיעה או מהתנכלות, למסור מידע הנוגע להונאה ולדווח לחברה, באופן אנונימי וסודי, תלונות הנוגעות לחשבונאות, פיקוח על חשבונאות פנימית וענייני ביקורת.

This Code of Business Conduct and Ethics (the “Code”) embodies the commitment of Ituran Location & Control Ltd. and its direct and indirect subsidiaries (collectively, the “Company”) to conduct our business in accordance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations and the highest ethical standards. All officers, employees and members of our Board of Directors are expected to adhere to the principles and procedures set forth in this Code.

ברוכים הבאים לאתר איתוראן (להלן "האתר"). האתר הינו בבעלות חברת איתוראן איתור ושליטה בע"מ (להלן "החברה") ומופעל על ידה. האתר משמש כממשק לקשר ישיר בין לקוחות רשומים שיוכלו לנהל את אזורם האישי באתר ו/או שאינם רשומים (להלן "המשתמש/ים") לבין החברה, אשר במסגרתו יוכלו המשתמשים לקבל מידע מקיף אודות מוצרי מערכות המיגון והבטיחות השונים של החברה (להלן "המוצרים"), שירותי החברה, עדכונים שוטפים, הטבות, מבצעים וכיו"ב.

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has approved the final rule regarding the sourcing of "conflict minerals" under Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act. Under this rule, publicly traded companies, such as Ituran Location and Control Ltd. must report to the SEC whether "conflict minerals" (tantalum, tin, tungsten and gold) ("Conflict Minerals") originating in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) or adjoining "covered countries" (Angola, Burundi, The Central African Republic, The Republic of the Congo, Rwanda, South Sudan, Tanzania, Uganda and Zambia) ("DRC") are present in the products the reporting companies manufacture or contract to manufacture, if the Conflict Minerals are necessary to the functionality or production of a product

Legal Framework: this Compensation Policy of Ituran Location & Control Ltd. (this "Policy") is adopted in accordance with the requirements of Section 267a(a) of the Israeli Companies Law, 5759-1999 (the “Companies Law”); and its interpretation and implementation are subject to the provisions thereof, as well as the provisions of the Company's Articles of Association.
